HOLY CRAP, THIS EXISTS?!?!?! This thing is freaking awesome! As soon as I randomly stumbled upon this, I immediately purchased it! It literally has EVERYTHING! I work in a vet and I am going to school to become an LVT as well, I am almost done, but every single thing I learned at school is all in this little book, its crazy! The only thing is, I wished it was a little larger and the covers were laminated to protect it a little more. This thing will definitely come in handy when I get ready for tests and if I forgot anything at work.
This book is very comprehensive and took the basics of 2 years of class into a manageable book. I didn't buy it as a review book but it was super helpful for studying for the VTNE. I would recommend to any veterinary technician, especially new ones like me.
It is the perfect size, the information is valuable as a ref. when it comes to pharmacology, medications etc. I can see why a vet tech of 20yrs would not find this guide super useful, but for someone just entering into the field I find this pocket guide extremely valuable. Thank you:)
Brought this to school and showed it off. the next week 6 more students had bought a copy. Great for following up on the basics and even some more obscure info. Pictures are lovely and truly does fit in a pocket. You won’t regret this purchase.
This is the best little book to carry around during internships or in general until the state boards. It has an incredible amount of applicable information that you use on a daily basis while in the hospital. I keep it in my scrub pocket during my internships and it has helped me SO much. Highly, highly recommend purchasing for anyone in school to become an RVT or vet.
Purchased this for school but it really is a very helpful pocket guide! For any veterinary assistant that wants to up their game at work and impress the higher ups, this little book will definitely help. A must have for any assistant that spends any time helping in or around the surgery suite.

Bought this for my grandson who is studying to be a vet tech and then to be a vet. Years ago one of the drug reps gave out something like this for nurses. I could look up lab results an many other facts . This is about the same size and fits in scrub top pocket. He really was suprised.
